ADA Restroom Signs
- Signs that designate permanent rooms and spaces, or provide direction to or information about functional spaces of the building must comply with the ADA Standards for Accessible Design (ADAAG 703). This includes entrances, exits, stairways, and of course, restrooms. Certain states such as California even go further with their California Title 24 requirements with two ways to identify restrooms both on the door and mounted to the wall.
- Economy vs. Premium
- Our economy ADA restroom signs are ⅛"-thick injection-molded signs that come with double-sided tape for easy mounting on walls. Our premium signs, meanwhile, are mainly constructed of a ⅛"-thick substrate and mounted with aluminum stand-offs for a 3-dimensional appearance.
- The economy braille signs are less expensive of course, but if you want to give your facility a sophisticated and modern look, the premium ones are a well-priced, better option for your decor.
